Ordering

I don’t currently have an account. How do I get this set up?

If this is your first time on birdsworld.ae, please begin by choosing the items you want and placing them in your shopping basket. After you have everything you need, you can choose the checkout basket to continue to the checkout. The checkout page will then appear, requiring you to enter your information, including your name, address, phone number, and so forth. The final checkout process will require you to choose your payment method and agree to our terms and conditions.

Please make sure to use the Create an Account option to create a customer account as well. This will ensure that your information is saved for all upcoming orders and delivery. Prior to placing any orders, make sure you are logged into your account. This way you will be able to see an overview of all your orders.

I know you stock this product, but I can’t find it.

Even our most popular items occasionally run out of stock, so we have to wait for our suppliers to deliver them. If a product will take longer to refill, we will always remove it entirely or notify you online if it is out of stock. After placing an order, I just realized I left something out. Can I increase my order?

if you would want us to amend your order, you can either create a new order and specify in the CUSTOMER NOTE that you recently placed an order and that your additional items should be added, or you can send us a WhatsApp message at +971 56 556 82 01 with your order number.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash on delivery and accept online payments through our payment gateway. We accept the following cards: Visa, Master and PayPal.

How can I find out when my order will be delivered?

Our logistics staff will begin scheduling a delivery time for you as soon as your order is placed. To set up a time that works for you, they will give you a call. Any unique requirements, including specific delivery times, will be considered. if we and our suppliers have the majority of the orders in stock, they can be delivered the next day.

Is it possible for me to sepify delivery times?

Although you can designate a delivery time, our logistics team will verify whether your requested time can be fulfilled because the timings are determined by location and the most cost-effective route to guarantee prompt delivery to every customer.

My delivery hasn’t come yet. Who can I talk to?

Who will be delivering my order?

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Birds World delivers the orders throughout the week from 8 am till 11 pm.

What if I want to change my order delivery date, timing, or location?

What happens if my package gets lost?

In case your package gets lost, or an item is missing, you can contact our customer service team on +971 56 556 82 01, provide them with your order details, and a member of the customer service team will do the needful.

In order to keep our fast delivery times, your order will be processed as soon as it has entered our system. Therefore, we can not guarantee that we can cancel your order.
